$250 WATER TENT SPONSOR: 1 Sponsorship; includes company name on event signage; 10’ x 10’ tent to setup, market and distribute bottled water to attendees & 2 attending registrations for sponsoring company. Sponsor can decorate area however they choose. Sponsoring company must supply chilled water to distribute for up to 500+ attendees. Attendee final count will be sent to sponsor 1 week prior to event.

$250 DESSERT TENT SPONSOR: 1 Sponsorship; includes company name on event signage; 10’ x 10’ tent space to setup, market and distribute dessert items to attendees & 2 attending registrations for sponsoring company. Sponsor can decorate area however they choose. Sponsoring company must supply desserts to distribute for up to 500+ attendees. Attendee final count will be sent to sponsor 1 week prior to event. $150 Additional Vendor Company Attendee Registrations: ONLY Companies who sponsor the event will be allowed to attend. Each sponsorship description details if there is an attending registration included and how many. Any additional attendee registrations for your company must be purchased. EVERY person must have a badge. Late registrations (after March 20th) will be subjected to available space and a price increase to $200.

$20 Name substitutions: Any changes requiring new badges will be subjected to a $20 change fee. NO changes after April 14th!

$75 Sponsor Your Adjusters: If you would like to pay for adjusters to attend the event, we will offer you a discount to do the multiple registrations. Their badge will show: Guest of (your company name). $75 pays for 3 adjusters . Click the tab at the top of this page labelled 'SPONSOR ADJUSTERS' to fill our form.
