Call for Presentations
The Orlando Claims Association (OCA) is now accepting presentation proposals for its upcoming Continuing Education Seminar hosted on Thursday, March 4th, 2027.
OCA is seeking experienced insurance and claims professionals, attorneys, industry experts, and other qualified subject-matter experts interested in presenting relevant, practical, and educational content to insurance professionals.
Presentation Opportunities
OCA is seeking proposals for:
- Four (4) one-hour Continuing Education courses
- One (1) four-hour Florida Law & Ethics Update course
Proposed one-hour courses should address timely issues affecting insurance claims professionals and provide meaningful educational value to attendees. Topics may include claims handling, coverage, property, casualty, litigation, appraisal, mediation, fraud, emerging technology, leadership, regulatory developments, or other subjects relevant to today's insurance and claims environment.
Proposal Requirements
Presentation proposals must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
Each proposal should include:
- Proposed course title
- Course abstract and description
- Course outline
- Learning objectives
- Presenter name, title, company, and contact information
- Presenter biography
- Current CV or resume
- Summary of the presenter's experience and qualifications related to the proposed topic
OCA is also seeking a qualified firm or instructor to present the four-hour Florida Law & Ethics Update course. Firms or individuals interested in providing this course should submit their qualifications, presenter information, CV/resume, and information regarding the proposed course.
