Our tournament will be held on Thursday November 20th at  Timacuan Golf Club. Please be sure to register early. We are limited to 136 players.

Corking Fee for Hole Sponsors 

If you would like to serve beer or seltzers at your hole, the $200 corking fee is required. It may be purchased using the button above.

Driveable Holes $675 + Add-on: Corking Fee $200 | Holes 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18
Non-Driveable Holes $600 + Add-on: Corking Fee $200 | Holes 3, 5, 6, 8, 13, 14, 16

Sponsors will be provided a hole sign and will be allowed to set up tents, chairs, and tables at the tee box for their respective holes. Sponsors are encouraged to mingle and network with the golfers and provide refreshments and snacks. The golf club does not allow cooking at your hole and charges a corking fee ($200) if beer or seltzers are being served. No liquor at the holes is permitted.You are allowed to bring and serve non-alcoholic beverages and pre-packaged food without restriction. If you would like to serve beer or seltzers at your hole, the corking fee can be added to your sponsor registration as a 'product' add-on.

The sponsor is responsible for providing a breakfast (approved by the golf committee) before the tournament between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. Breakfast could be catered, or worked out with the course. Please contact Beth Popkins for details.

Coffee Bar Sponsor- $300
The sponsor can set up a coffee bar in the breakfast area during check-in and registration. Alcohol must be purchased through the course. 

Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor- $300
The sponsor can set up the bar in the breakfast area during check-in and registration. Alcohol must be purchased through the course. 
Banquet Sponsorship- $650.00 (2 Total)
Lunch is being coordinated and provided by the OCA. This sponsorship will include logo on event signage, signage around the banquet room during the luncheon, and recognition during the award ceremony.
 
Beverage Cart Sponsor- $150
Sponsor is able to ride on the cart but must cover the cost of the cart tab at end of the day. 
Scorecard Sponsor- $250
Logo displayed on scorecard. Company rep welcome to be in attendance to meet and greet.
 
Contest Sponsors for Longest Drive & Closest to the Pins (4 Total) - $250
The sponsor is only sponsoring the contest and NOT a hole. The sponsor will choose from Men’s Longest Drive, Women’s Longest Drive, Men’s Closest to the Pin, or Women’s Closest to the Pin. The sponsor is responsible for providing a prize valued at least $100 to the winner of the contest during the banquet.
Putting Contest / Chipping Contest (2 Total) - $600 
The sponsor is responsible for setting up, running, and tracking the results throughout the tournament. The sponsor is to provide a prize with a value of at least $100 to the winner at the banquet. They will be allowed to set up tents, chairs, and tables by the contest area and encouraged to mingle and network with the golfers and provide refreshments (no liquor) and snacks.
Driving Range Sponsor - $350
The sponsorship will include logo on event signage, signage at the driving range, and opportunity to set up table and chairs at the range in the morning.
 
Cart Goodie Bag Sponsor - $350
Sponsor to provide 144 “goodie bags” to be placed on all carts prior to the tournament's start. Bags could include things such as tees, balls, cozies, crackers, etc.
Trophy Sponsor (2 Total)- $350
Sponsor name will be placed on all trophies and recognized at the banquet. 
Photography Sponsorship- $350.00
Photographers coordinated and provided by the OCA. This sponsorship will include logo on event signage and recognition during awards ceremony.
 
Cigar Sponsorship- $350.00
Sponsor to provide cigars during our breakfast hour and tournament. All materials must be provided by the sponsoring company which can include table and chairs, etc. 

**Refunds will not be offered for this event. You may request to transfer your ticket to other attendees if conflicts arise.**
