Golf Tournament
We’re excited to share that registration for our upcoming Golf Tournament will officially open Friday at 10:00 AM. Mark your calendar and be ready to secure your spot as soon as registration goes live.
Fall Golf Tournament
Our tournament will be held on Thursday November 19th at Mayfair Country Club. Please be sure to register early. We are limited to 136 players.

Hole Sponsors
Driveable Holes — $675 - Hole 1, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16
Optional Add‑On: Corking Fee — $200 (required if serving beer or seltzers)
Sponsors receive a hole sign and may set up tents, chairs, and tables at their assigned tee box. Sponsors are encouraged to engage with golfers and offer refreshments and snacks. Cooking is not permitted. Beer and seltzers require the course‑mandated $200 corking fee. Liquor is not allowed. Non‑alcoholic beverages and pre‑packaged food may be served without restriction. The corking fee can be added to your registration as a product add‑on.
Additional Sponsorships
Supports check‑in operations, including cart numbers and raffle/mulligan ticket distribution. Includes logo placement on event signage and at the registration table.
Course provides breakfast. Sponsor may add a tablecloth and swag at the breakfast area.
Sponsor may set up a coffee station during check‑in. Alcohol must be purchased through the course.
Sponsor may set up a morning bar during check‑in. Alcohol must be purchased through the course.
Includes logo on event signage, banquet‑area signage, and recognition during the awards ceremony.
Sponsor may ride along on the beverage cart and is responsible for the cart tab at the end of the day.
Logo displayed on all scorecards; company representative may attend to meet and greet.
Contest Sponsors
Sponsor selects one contest category and provides a prize valued at $100+ for the banquet.
Sponsor manages setup, operations, and scoring. May set up tents, chairs, and tables at the contest area and provide refreshments (no liquor). Must supply a prize valued at $100+.
Includes logo on event signage, range signage, and the option to set up a table and chairs in the morning.
Sponsor provides 144 goodie bags for placement on all carts (tees, balls, cozies, snacks, etc.).
Sponsor name displayed on all trophies and recognized at the banquet.
Includes logo on event signage and recognition during the awards ceremony.
Sponsor provides cigars during breakfast and throughout the tournament. All materials (tables, chairs, etc.) must be supplied by the sponsor.
